Claire Marenghi - Child and Family Nutritionist

Hello and welcome!

My name is Claire and I am a clinical nutritionist with a special interest in women and children’s health. I am also a former Special Education/Early Childhood teacher and mum of three (twin girls and a boy).

I use a holistic approach to treat a range of health conditions, including digestive issues, skin disorders, hormonal imbalance, mental health, ADHD, allergies and intolerances.

I am passionate about helping children and teenagers to thrive through nutrition. I have also had great results working with women of all ages in terms of improving energy levels, reducing stress and anxiety, balancing hormones, weight loss and supporting healthy digestion and immunity.

As a mum, I understand the challenges that busy families face and my philosophy is always to “keep it real”. I believe the best way to create long-lasting change is to use a holistic approach and to take one step at a time. I aim to create easy, affordable and sustainable treatment plans by taking into consideration client budgets and personal circumstances.
