Immune-boosting foods

Do you frequently get colds and infections? Does it take you a long time to recover when you get sick? Do you often feel tired and run down?

If any of these sound like you, your immune system may need a bit of a boost!

Here are some of my favourite immune boosting foods:

- citrus fruits, e.g. oranges, lemons, grapefruit, limes

- garlic

- bone broth

- leafy greens, e.g. spinach, kale, rocket

- kiwi fruit

- capsicum

- ginger

- blueberries

- fermented foods, e.g. sauerkraut, yoghurt, kombucha

- broccoli

- oily fish, e.g. salmon, sardines, trout

How many of these foods do you eat on a regular basis?
